Public Comments

In general, there are three ways to provide a public comment on an item for the meeting, by telephone, in person, or by email. Providing your name and other contact information is voluntary and those who decline to provide this information will still have the opportunity to provide public comment.

  • In Person: Complete a public comment appearance sheet at the meeting.
  • By Phone: Dial the phone number 1-877-336-4440, and access code: 4192718# and follow the instructions of the AT&T moderator.
  • In Writing: Complete the public comment form below. The Comment form will be removed from the website 15 minutes prior to the start of the Board meeting. Written comments will be distributed to the Board Members.
